If a product is received and is in defective condition i.e. DOA ( Dead On Arrival ) or damaged, the product will be replaced with a new product. The product has to be shipped back to technavneet IT Solutions Office with all original packing and accessories with no damage to serial numbers. Shipping charges for the return will be refunded.
Once the product is received. We will test the product and inspect the product for any damages due to misuse, burn outs or wrong handling and if found to be defective we will get a new replacement from the brand and send it with shipping charges paid by us. In case a replacement is not available an alternate will be suggested or a full refund will be done.
If the product is defective or D.O.A. All delivery charges “from” and “to” will be borne by www.technavneet.com
Most products can be returned within 7 days of receiving the same if the product has not been opened and is in the same sealed condition. However, this is product specific and has to be approved before a return can be done. Please send an e mail to [email protected] to check if a product can be returned. A restocking fee of 25% will be charged if a product is returned. Please note, any product that has been opened becomes a “used” product even if it has never been used and as such cannot be treated as a return. Only unopened products can be considered for returns.
